




**Description** Provide technical and functional support to users, ensuring the proper operation of systems, equipment, and IT services. The professional will have direct contact with clinical teams, supporting the identification of needs, problem resolution, and continuous system improvement, as well as monitoring equipment health and lifecycle within the institution. **Responsibilities and Duties** Provide technical support to end users, addressing issues related to hardware, software, networks, and printing. Respond to service requests, clarify doubts, and guide users on the appropriate use of IT resources. Write user stories (PBIs) containing functional requirements to support continuous system improvement. Collaborate with clinical teams (physicians, nurses, and multidisciplinary staff) to understand systemic pain points and needs. Manage equipment location and health status across the institution, tracking replacements, upgrades, and new installations. Conduct periodic visits to HIAE units, primarily Morumbi, Vila Santa Catarina, and Faria Lima. Handle multiple simultaneous demands, ensuring organization, prioritization, and efficient problem resolution. **Requirements and Qualifications** Previous experience as a support analyst or business analyst in IT environments. Knowledge of hardware, software, network, and printer support. Experience writing user stories (PBIs) focused on functional requirements. Strong communication skills for interacting with diverse user profiles. Ability to organize, analyze, and manage multiple tasks. Availability for in-person visits to the units.
