Lead the hiring process for designers and consultants Description: To apply for this position, you must: * Hold a completed undergraduate degree in Architecture and Urban Planning or Civil Engineering; * Have knowledge of BIM, clash coordination, and tools such as Solibri; * Have experience in project coordination and development processes; * Possess skills in schedule management and deliverable control; * Have experience with document/project management platforms (e.g., Autodoc or similar). It is important that you demonstrate: * Strong communication skills; * Organizational ability; * Analytical capability. It would be highly beneficial if you: * Are proficient in the Construflow platform. In summary, your responsibilities will include: * Coordinating project disciplines to ensure technical integration and adherence to product guidelines; * Planning, conducting, and monitoring technical meetings, including documentation, assignment of responsibilities, and follow-up; * Performing critical analysis of designs and guiding revisions and technical solutions; * Managing project schedules and controlling intermediate and final deliverables; * Leading the hiring process, monitoring, and evaluating designers and consultants; * Validating measurements, supporting budgetary control, and approving payment documentation for contractors; * Coordinating clash detection and model coordination (Solibri/BIM environment); * Ensuring document management, version control, and information flow on the Autodoc platform; * Supporting construction teams with technical requests, resolving queries and interferences; * Developing and standardizing technical details, guidelines, and instructional materials for designers; * Ensuring compliance with technical standards, legislation, and internal guidelines; * Mentoring and developing interns and analysts within the department. 2512100202181856776
