This role is strategic in building the group’s operating system, structuring integrated processes and workflows that serve multiple businesses. The role will work closely with Business Analyst and Technology teams, translating strategy into clear, scalable, and efficient systems. We value autonomous profiles, process-oriented individuals, and those interested in leveraging Artificial Intelligence to increase scale and productivity. **Responsibilities:** * Design end-to-end workflows for our products and operations; * Translate strategy into clear and executable processes; * Define business rules, prioritization, and logic for internal and external products; * Collaborate closely with Business Analyst and Technology teams; * Decide what becomes a system, what remains manual, and what should be eliminated; * Ensure simplicity, clarity, and scalability. **What we expect from you:** * Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Technology, or related fields; * Solid experience as a Product Manager / Product Owner; * Experience with tools such as Lovable, Figma, Make, Claude, Monday, etc.; * Strong understanding of processes, operations, and internal systems; * Ability to think systemically and pragmatically; * Clear communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams; * Autonomy, ability to prioritize, and self-accountability.
