




Job Summary: A professional responsible for verifying, resolving, and following up on tax-related issues concerning fuel invoices, handling critical customers, and monitoring documents. Billing follow-up and correction of fiscal invoices RESPONSIBILITIES * Verify and resolve issues related to fuel station fiscal invoices; * Proactively address problems involving critical customers; * Share and monitor spreadsheets and documents; * Follow up on outstanding fiscal invoice collections, customers' tax rules, reversals, and errors in submitted fiscal invoices; * Request corrections to fiscal invoices. REQUIREMENTS * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service, telemarketing, and/or administrative roles; * Proficiency with technology; * Good typing speed and communication skills.
