Description

Job Summary: Provide support in various building maintenance and repair activities, including demolition, masonry, electrical and plumbing installations, painting, and organization. Key Highlights: 1. Support in demolition, masonry, and various installation activities. 2. Repairs to installations, painting, and roof maintenance. 3. Yard organization, final cleaning, and construction site management. Main Responsibilities: * Support in demolition, backfilling, compaction, masonry, concrete structures, scratch coat and plastering, general painting services, electrical and plumbing installations, window and door installations, assistance to skilled workers, and furniture demobilization. * Support in general building maintenance, including repairs to installations, painting, and asphalt works. * Yard organization, final cleaning, and construction site management; * Perform roof repairs and maintenance. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
