If you want to be part of a diverse team that values results, an analytical approach to problem-solving, and teamwork, **Tenaris** is the place for you. **LOCATION:** **DEPARTMENT:** Key Responsibilities: * Management: + Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities. + Ensure the availability and reliability of production assets. + Prioritize work orders based on criticality, safety impact, quality, and production. + Participate in and lead failure analyses (RCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa). Implement actions to eliminate recurring failures. + Support reliability projects, standardization, and equipment life extension initiatives. + Ensure proper use of tools, spare parts, and equipment. Interact with procurement and suppliers as needed. + Ensure maintenance procedures, maintenance plans, and checklists are up-to-date and followed. + Support internal and external audits. * Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE): + Ensure compliance with HSE standards and procedures. + Ensure proper use of PPE, work permits (PT), lockout/tagout (LOTO). + Halt unsafe activities and proactively address deviations. * People Management: + Lead, guide, and develop maintenance technicians and mechanics. + Assign tasks according to technical competence and training level. + Evaluate performance, identify training needs, and support team development. + Promote operational discipline, engagement, and a culture of continuous improvement. * Planning and Control: + Ensure accurate recording of hours, failures, and materials in the maintenance system (e.g., SAP PM). + Monitor KPIs such as MTBF, MTTR, backlog, and preventive plan adherence. + Ensure execution within schedule, budget, and quality requirements. * Interface with Production and Engineering: + Serve as the focal point between maintenance, production, process, and engineering. + Participate in routine meetings, scheduled shutdowns, and startups. + Provide technical input for modifications, improvements, and new projects. Key Requirements: Solid experience in industrial maintenance and multidisciplinary team management within metallurgical companies; **Education:** Electrical or Electronics Engineering; **Languages:** Intermediate English; Spanish desirable; **Tools knowledge:** Microsoft Office Suite, SAP\-PM, and AutoCAD 2D; **Technical knowledge in:** Basics of pneumatics and hydraulics; Inverters, converters, and electrical controls; PLCs and communication networks; Electric motors (AC and DC); Reading and interpretation of electrical drawings; Maintenance philosophies and techniques; At Tenaris, we foster an **inclusive** workplace and value **diversity** in all its forms.
