Job Summary: We are seeking a Grain Classifier to ensure the quality and compliance of plant products at Hidrovias do Brasil's Cargo Transshipment Station and Private Use Terminal. Key Highlights: 1. We believe in harnessing the potential of waterways to transport our wealth and connect South America. **Ready to embark on this journey with us toward a better future?** We are seeking a **Grain Classifier** whose mission will be to **classify plant products according to the standards and procedures established by the Normative Instructions of the Ministry of Agriculture, Livestock and Supply (MAPA), ensuring product quality and compliance, as well as the quality and compliance of cargo handled at Hidrovias do Brasil's Cargo Transshipment Station (CTS) and Private Use Terminal (PUT).** **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Grain Classifier**, you will be responsible for: * Participating in and contributing to Hidrovias do Brasil's Safety, Quality, and Environmental Policy; * Knowing and applying SSMA (Safety, Security, Health, and Environment) norms and procedures; * Keeping the work area clean and organized, adhering to safety and hygiene standards; * Collaborating in teams to ensure classification process efficiency and quality; * Complying with applicable internal and external norms and procedures related to the activity; * Performing pre-use inspections of operational equipment; * Recording production data and incidents; * Conducting visual inspections of cargo prior to sample collection and reporting any anomalies detected in technical reports; * Conducting visual inspections of cargo compartments in road, inland waterway, and maritime transportation to assess sanitary conditions suitable for transporting and handling products according to national and international standards; * Opening and closing tarpaulins on road vehicles for collecting samples for plant classification; * Operating manual sampling probes to collect representative samples from handled cargo lots, as required; * Operating hydraulic telescopic sampling probes to collect samples from cargo; * Collecting cargo samples in road and inland waterway transportation, observing technical regulations for sampling and plant classification; * Classifying plant products according to standards and criteria established by the Ministry of Agriculture's Normative Instructions; * Using specialized equipment and instruments for plant classification, such as sieves, moisture determinators, homogenizers, sample splitters, precision balances, among others; * Accurately and legibly recording classification results in designated record-keeping media; * Conducting physicochemical analyses using rapid tests to evaluate grain quality; * Recording productive operational data and issuing operational and technical reports; * Sealing samples according to terminal standards, maintaining proper identification; * Maintaining sample archive rooms organized and labeled per the 5S standard and terminal operational standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications:** If you have: * Completed high school education; * Basic Excel proficiency It would be an advantage if you also have: * Experience in grain classification; * Basic English proficiency **Additional Information** **What We Offer?** Participation in the PPR (Performance-Based Incentive Program); To support your health, we offer Health Insurance (extendable to legal dependents), Dental Insurance, Telemedicine, Life Insurance, and Supplementary Pension Benefits in case of illness or accident; To help you stay physically active, we provide Total Pass, a platform granting access to numerous gyms and personal trainers; Meal allowance, food allowance, or both—you choose!
