Job Summary: Professional responsible for component assembly, line feeding, tool operation, visual quality control, and workplace organization. Key Highlights: 1. Component assembly and tool operation 2. Ensuring visual quality control 3. Maintaining workplace organization and cleanliness * Component Assembly: Inserting parts, tightening screws, connecting cables, or applying adhesives and sealants according to an instruction manual (process sheet). * Line Feeding: Ensuring required parts are always readily available to prevent conveyor line stoppages. * Tool Operation: Frequent use of pneumatic screwdrivers, riveting tools, simple presses, and measuring tools (calipers). * Visual Quality Control: Identifying defective, scratched, or malformed parts before the product proceeds to the next stage. * Cleaning and Organization (5S): Keeping the workstation clean and organized to prevent accidents and time loss.
