If you have solid experience in industrial cost accounting, advanced Excel proficiency, and ease working with large volumes of data and structured processes, this opportunity is for you! **Main Responsibilities and Activities** \* Cost Auditing and Calculation: Audit and validate the consistency of cost calculations generated by production/systems, ensuring compliance with practical capacity rules, idle time treatment, and correct cost center allocation. \* Margin and Variance Analysis: Calculate and report contribution margin per SKU/product line; investigate root causes of COGS variances (price, inefficiency, and volume). \* Reconciliation and Governance: Monthly reconciliation of data sources across systems, spreadsheets, and accounting; document routines and calculation memos. \* Projects and Systems: Support validation of cost master data (cost drivers, cost centers, and parameterization) during ERP implementation/migration projects. Mandatory Requirements \* Education: Bachelor's degree completed in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields. \* Experience: Solid experience in cost accounting within the industrial/manufacturing sector. \* Technical Expertise: \* In-depth knowledge of costing methods, contribution margin, break-even point, fixed/variable costs, and direct/indirect costs. \* Understanding of practical capacity vs. actual capacity and idle time treatment in cost calculation. \* Familiarity with accounting standards applicable to inventories and costs (CPC 16 / NBC TG 16\). \* Tools: Advanced Excel (pivot tables, complex formulas, and modeling). **Nice-to-Have (Desirable)** \* Experience with Sankhya ERP operations or configuration (or similar large-scale ERPs).
