We are looking for a **Monitoring Operator** to work in virtual reception, performing remote monitoring of access and ensuring the security of monitored locations. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor security cameras and remote access systems; * Answer calls and requests from residents, visitors, and service providers; * Remotely control entry and exit of people and vehicles; * Initiate security procedures in case of incidents; * Record information and incidents in internal systems; * Maintain clear and courteous communication with customers and team members. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; * Basic computer skills (use of digital systems and tools); * Good verbal and written communication; * Focused attention and sense of responsibility; * Experience in monitoring, security, or reception will be an advantage.
