Technical staff member to provide administrative and technical support in an office setting, focusing on hydrographic survey data processing, contract management, and preparation of technical reports.

TECHNICIAN – TECHNICAL / OFFICE SUPPORT
Minimum Qualifications:
• Technician, technologist, or bachelor’s degree in: Civil Engineering
Mandatory Knowledge:
• Hydrographic survey data processing
• Software (AutoCAD, QGIS, Hypack or similar)
• Brazilian Navy Regulations (NORMAM – nautical signaling)
• Types of navigation aids (lateral, cardinal, special)
• Public contract management
• Preparation of technical reports
• Measurement control and scheduling
• Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel)
Minimum Experience:
• 2–3 years in:
o Technical and administrative support
o Public works or maintenance contracts
Responsibilities:
• Review bathymetric reports and charts
• Support contract and measurement control
• Consolidate field technicians’ reports
• Organize the waterway database
• Monitor physical and financial schedules
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with public agencies
• Knowledge of GIS or asset management
