We expect a mature technical profile who works directly with code, independently solves complex problems, and actively contributes to the technical evolution of the squad. Key Responsibilities Develop and enhance features with quality and adherence to requirements Fix complex bugs and handle production incidents Perform refactors and continuous improvements to the codebase Design solutions considering performance, scalability, and maintainability Create reusable components and best practices for the team Support technical decisions and architectural evolution Participate in code reviews and mentor developers Technical Requirements Solid backend development experience with NodeJS Solid experience with React Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and distributed systems **Proficiency in best practices:** SOLID, Clean Code, Clean Architecture Design patterns (Strategy, Factory, Adapter, etc.) Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL) Knowledge of testing (unit and integration) Experience with cloud, containers (Docker), and CI/CD Experience in troubleshooting, performance tuning, and observability Nice-to-Haves Experience with modern architectures (microservices, event\-driven, messaging) Involvement in legacy system modernization Knowledge of Kubernetes Use of AI to accelerate development (Copilot, etc.) Expected Profile Hands\-on with strong ownership mindset Ability to solve problems autonomously Strong communication and collaboration skills within multidisciplinary teams Analytical, pragmatic, and results\-oriented mindset Continuous interest in technical growth What We Expect Act as a technical reference within the team Actively contribute to software quality and evolution Support team development (mentoring and best practices) Additional Nice-to-Haves Experience with mission\-critical or high\-scale systems Participation in architecture improvements and modernization initiatives Contributions to internal standards, frameworks, or libraries
