We are seeking a Junior Python Developer to join our Delivery Engineering Squad, responsible for accelerating and optimizing the continuous delivery of applications and services. This position is strategic to contribute to the evolution of our engineering platform. ✔ Develop and maintain backend features focused on automation, following the team’s coding standards; ✔ Collaborate on building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, ensuring automation stages (build, test, deploy) function correctly; ✔ Implement targeted integrations between internal systems and delivery tools using APIs and scripts; ✔ Monitor and configure observability dashboards, supporting log and metric analysis to identify simple incidents; ✔ Collaborate with development squads to improve deployment and release practices; ✔ Participate in defining architecture and technical standards for the Delivery platform. Requirements: ✔ Backend programming languages experience: Strong grasp of programming logic and hands-on experience developing APIs or automation solutions using Python; ✔ CI/CD foundation: Understanding of the software delivery lifecycle and familiarity with tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins; ✔ Docker fundamentals: Knowledge of how Docker works (building images and running containers), plus basic orchestration concepts (Kubernetes); ✔ Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Practical experience with Terraform or Ansible, capable of provisioning or modifying infrastructure resources automatically; ✔ Cloud Computing: Experience with core services (e.g., EC2/S3/IAM on AWS, or equivalents on GCP/Azure), including understanding of cloud networking and security concepts; ✔ Observability: Ability to configure and interpret dashboards in Datadog, Grafana, or ELK, using these tools for troubleshooting; ✔ Security and Secret Management: Knowledge of security best practices, including secret management (Secrets, Vault) and vulnerability scanning of container images.
