Other Requirements * Availability for travel. * Conduct study and interpretation of new medium- and high-complexity media projects to support decision-making and hold alignment meetings with clients to define project timelines and schedules; * Perform installations, technical and system configurations, and software adaptation per the client’s business request for medium- and high-complexity projects; conduct software testing and parameterization; * Deliver configuration, management, and operational training to clients via video conference and, when necessary, provide customized manuals; * Advise clients, guiding them on using the acquired tool to accelerate implementation and adoption; * Monitor platform usage by medium- and high-complexity clients, addressing questions, resolving issues, and performing fine-tuning adjustments; * Update project status weekly and send updates to the client to maintain control and visibility over project progress; * Maintain active and effective communication with medium- and high-complexity clients regarding formalization methods, chats, and messaging platforms throughout the entire project lifecycle; * Hold alignment meetings with the Business team to explain the client’s journey and ensure continued project execution. 251221020255232458
