Analysis and resolution of technical support tickets related to bank systems Development and maintenance of scripts in C\# Accessing and manipulating data in relational databases via SQL Log reading, code analysis, and use of AWS tools Technical support and communication with different teams Continuous fixes and improvements in legacy and new systems Technical skills: Analytical, proactive, and technical profile Experience with C\# and .NET (preferably .NET Core) Solid knowledge of object-oriented programming Experience with APIs and relational databases (preferably SQL Server) Knowledge of solution architecture and microservices Experience with messaging (preferably RabbitMQ) Differentiators: Knowledge of AWS (S3, RDS, Lambda, EKS, EC2, API Gateway, SQS, SNS) Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, DocumentDB, DynamoDB) Experience with modern architectures based on microservices and messaging English proficiency for conversation is desirable.
