That’s why we seek talents like you—people who dream big and want to make a difference! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform "Service Orders (SO)" as scheduled by the system or directed by immediate management, ensuring SLA compliance and activity quality; * Perform splicing preparation and optical cable testing activities in support of Network Technicians and/or Supervisors; * Perform optical cable opening and cleaning, ensuring customer quality and connectivity; * Install fiber optic cables; * Adapt the network infrastructure, install hardware components, and erect poles; * Install fiber optic cables; * Assist in identifying network faults, with or without monitoring; * Perform activities according to instructions/training to ensure network standardization; * When necessary, perform vegetation pruning/cutting for proper cable installation or excavation for maintenance or cable installation; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed High School education; * Availability to work on a 6x1 schedule (including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays as per roster); * Prior technical experience and familiarity with telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures is desirable; * Willingness to travel; * Valid and active Class B driver's license (CNH B); **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance * Group Life Insurance * Meal or Food Allowance * Giga+ Discount * Health Plan * Dental Plan * Day Off * Total Pass * E-learning Platform on Intranet * Giga Inclusion Assistance * Pregnancy Program – Benefit Card * Active partnerships with INATEL; OPEN ENGLISH; TOUR HOUSE; SAMSUNG; MOVIDA; YOUCAST-TELEMEDICINE, offering exclusive discounts to Alloha employees.
