Responsibilities include in-person, telephone, and WhatsApp communication; warmly greeting patients and their caregivers; scheduling, confirming, and rescheduling appointments/sessions; assisting with attendance and absence tracking; organizing medical records and documents; supporting the organization of treatment rooms and patient flow; entering data into systems/spreadsheets; guiding caregivers on clinic routines and service policies; and providing assistance to the administrative team as needed. ### **Prerequisites** Requirements: Completed high school (technical/administrative training or healthcare-related coursework preferred); prior reception experience, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting; strong verbal and written communication skills; organizational ability, efficiency, and attention to detail; proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and Microsoft Office suite. ### **Notes** CLINIC LOCATED IN THE BENFICA NEIGHBORHOOD — NORTH ZONE OF JUIZ DE FORA — WORKING HOURS MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, FROM 09:00 TO 16:30.
