Maintain their presentation. * Assist the immediate supervisor in maintaining area controls. Conduct briefings jointly with the kitchen and restaurant teams. * Maintain personal and food hygiene, and wash kitchen equipment and utensils, keeping the kitchen organized and clean according to required food safety standards. * Act as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in initiatives promoting Service Culture.
