Job Summary: Lead and motivate cleaning and maintenance teams, mediate customer relationships, and plan work routines and techniques. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and motivate teams 2. Mediate relationships between customers and the services provided. Plan and manage team work by defining work routines, cleaning techniques, and material application; identify priorities; and supply materials and equipment for service execution. May perform conservation and cleaning activities in any type of environment. Guide less experienced colleagues in solving more complex problems. Work Schedule: 5 days on, 1 day off Working Hours: 6:00 AM to 2:20 PM Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance
