Flexible working hours **Infosys Brasil** is seeking professionals with the **Product Owner** profile to join our team. **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. * Proven experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar role within agile teams. * Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and hands-on experience with agile ceremonies. * Ability to translate business needs into clear, prioritizable requirements. * Skills in backlog management, roadmap definition, and user story refinement. * Strong analytical capability and data orientation (KPIs, OKRs, product metrics). * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, facilitating alignment between business and technology areas. * Experience in digital development environments (SaaS, applications, platforms, APIs, etc.). * Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Miro, or equivalents. * Intermediate or advanced English (as required by the company). **Key Activities and Responsibilities:** * Define and communicate the product vision, ensuring strategic alignment with company objectives. * Own the product backlog: prioritize requests, write user stories, and validate deliveries. * Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary squads (developers, QA, UX, business analysts). * Lead and participate in agile ceremonies (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, refinements). * Collect feedback from stakeholders, customers, and users to guide continuous product improvement. * Develop, maintain, and communicate the product roadmap aligned with business needs. * Monitor performance metrics and use data to support decision-making. * Ensure deliveries meet quality, timeline, and customer value requirements. * Serve as the central communication point among business areas, technology, and leadership. * Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities for optimization in product processes and solutions. **Additional Information:** **Employment Type:** CLT, flexible working hours. **Benefits Package:** Transportation Allowance, Meal Voucher, Childcare Assistance, Life Insurance, Funeral Assistance, Medical and Dental Plans. **Career Development:** Global engagement with national and/or international clients and/or projects; opportunity for international career mobility.
