REQUIREMENTS * High school diploma; * Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Attentive, organized, and responsible profile; * Ability to concentrate while handling multiple simultaneous tasks. RESPONSIBILITIES * Monitor vehicles and/or equipment in real time using tracking systems. * Track routes, movements, and stops, identifying deviations, irregularities, or out-of-standard situations. * Record incidents and notify responsible parties in case of critical events (e.g., unscheduled stops, route deviations, communication failures, etc.). * Maintain contact with drivers, field teams, and customers to align information and operational actions. * Ensure compliance with internal procedures and information security standards. * Act preventively by anticipating potential issues and supporting decision-making.
