Job Summary: The professional will prepare, serve, and assemble meal diets, assist chefs, organize and sanitize the kitchen area, and assist with deliveries, ensuring meal production and distribution. Organization and sanitation of equipment and area hPrepare and serve breakfast, snack, mid-morning snack, and dinner items; receive and serve lunch and dinner; assemble meal diets; perform general pre-preparation for raw or cooked items; assist chefs in meal preparation, griddle work, oven use, tray and meal box assembly and weighing, assist in finalizing preparations and dispatch. Organize and sanitize equipment, utensils, and the kitchen area and pantry; assist with deliveries alongside drivers. Sanitize the restroom (restroom exclusively for company use, with personnel circulation corresponding to work shifts) and collect and dispose of garbage. Assist in bread and snack preparation, salad assembly, and dessert preparation. Know and execute routines across all units when necessary. Unauthorized to enter other hospital areas not involved in meal production and distribution. **Schedules and Shifts Available:** * 1 (one) position: 12x36 shift – from **05:00 AM to 05:00 PM** * 1 (one) position: 12x36 shift – from **07:00 PM to 07:00 AM** Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract Compensation: Starting at R$1.688,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
