We are seeking a student with genuine interest in learning and growing in the field of civil engineering, possessing solid technical foundation, organization, and commitment. You will work onsite in Belo Horizonte, supporting the engineering team in site routines and project development. Availability for field work will be considered an important differentiator. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support in construction planning and control; * Preparation of technical reports and administrative support; * Assistance in site diaries and field records; * Participation in quantity takeoffs; * Support in bidding processes and budgeting; * Support in measurements and physical progress monitoring of the construction. ### **Technical Requirements** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (from the 5th semester onward); * Proficiency in Excel; **Desirable:** * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Familiarity with MS Project; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and systems such as TOTVS. ### **Behavioral Profile** * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Organization and attention to detail; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Commitment and responsibility; * Ability to adapt to a construction-site environment; * Interest in field work ### **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
