**JOB OPPORTUNITY | FULL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – INVESTBEM CONSÓRCIOS** Investbem Consórcios, founded in 2016 and a reference in Rio Grande do Norte for its high contemplation rate and excellence in customer service, is selecting a Full Administrative Assistant to join its team. The company operates in consórcios (group purchase plans) for plastic surgery, automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, real estate, solar energy, travel, and other segments, representing administrators authorized and supervised by the Central Bank. With our continuous growth, we are **expanding our team** and seeking a **FULL ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT** to join our management team! **ABOUT THE POSITION** The professional will be responsible for **administrative routine activities**, supporting departments and contributing to the smooth operation of internal processes. **Main responsibilities:** * General administrative routines; * Leadership and monitoring of all internal processes; * Analysis and control of operational demands; * Delivery of monthly results during meetings with directors; * Support in document organization and administrative workflow; * Anticipation of scenarios, decision-making, and problem resolution.
