




* Safety Technician (Registered with SRTE) * Basic computer skills: text editor and spreadsheets; * PT – Work Permit; * First Aid; * GMP; * 5S. Timely relay any requested information regarding the department; Attend all meetings requested by the Salina Management or Board Representative, presenting difficulties identified during task execution and possible improvement suggestions; Develop the Environmental Risk Prevention Program – PPRA, reviewing it annually and updating when necessary regarding the implementation of actions, and conduct training according to the program; Provide technical information on workplace environment and safety conditions for the company and its employees, enabling the development of all plans and programs required by current legislation (PCMSO, PCA, PPP, etc.); Participate in all CIPA – Internal Accident Prevention Committee meetings, providing managerial follow-up and improvement suggestions; Control various documents related to Safety Technician activities; Receive medical certificates, verifying the International Classification of Diseases and the respective physician's stamp and signature, recording this information in specific controls and/or spreadsheets; Provide immediate first aid treatment, as well as assistance to injured or ill employees; Ensure all legally required medical examinations are carried out, or whenever required by the occupational physician, recording their completion in spreadsheets, databases, or computerized systems; Perform daily inspections, evaluating and reporting unsafe acts and conditions in the workplace, issuing an inspection report when necessary and submitting it to the Safety Engineer and Salina Management; Record all accidents occurring within the saltworks facilities, producing a technical report based on accident analysis, interviews with involved parties, eyewitnesses, etc.; Guide new employees on safety and occupational health regulations required by the organization during the onboarding process; Conduct the Weekly Safety Dialogue (DSS) daily whenever possible, following the schedule established by SESMT; Maintain an updated count of accident-free working days; Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPC) by all organizational employees, instructing them on the correct usage method for each; Request replacement orders and minimum stock levels of PPE and CPC required for operational activities; Assist the occupational physician in all activities related to their function; Advise on compliance with regulatory standards of Occupational Safety and Health Legislation; Follow GMP principles and the 5S methodology, adhering to the guidelines of each principle; Conduct internal 5S audits whenever necessary or requested by the Quality Team; Develop and implement the annual occupational safety and health training schedule in accordance with regulatory standards; Act as technical responsible for receiving all uniforms, CPC, and PPE delivered to the saltworks, reporting any non-conformities to the Supply Manager; Maintain organized documentation archives within the area, ensuring they are always available and retrievable in a timely manner to meet various demands; Annually develop, together with CIPA, the Internal Week for Accident Prevention at Work – SIPAT. Develop and/or update risk maps and post them at the entrance of each department; Collect and send damaged PPEs for disposal;
