This dynamic work environment—combined with the dedication of all teams—makes the TCM Group one of the largest corporate ecosystems in the state. **If you are passionate about strategy, data, digital platforms, and love launching campaigns, this position is for you!** **Come be the protagonist of your own journey! ✨** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Media Assistance * Tracking agency requests; * Monitoring client material updates; * Receiving Purchase Orders (POs), completing the commercial spreadsheet, forwarding it to Opec and subsequently to Finance; * Sending rate tables upon request from direct clients, agencies, or brokers; * Monitoring client contract expiration dates; submitting monthly on the 25th a list of contracts due for renewal, enabling the Commercial team to proceed accordingly; * Daily monitoring of the programming schedule to verify correct material broadcast and supporting programs in their communications with agencies and clients—special attention must be given to offers and promotions; * Reviewing materials submitted by agencies and brokers, verifying duration and format; returning non-compliant materials to responsible parties and requesting corrected versions; * Monitoring opening and closing bumpers, including brand additions or removals; * Requesting supplies from the warehouse to meet departmental needs. * Media Operator * Receiving materials (spots or testimonials), analyzing their duration and technical specifications for broadcast; * Adjusting commercial breaks according to purchased ad placements; * Inserting and replacing promotional, program, and bumper announcements; * Issuing broadcast confirmation documents for clients; * Using Sound Forge or Premiere to adjust materials that deviate from agreed-upon standards. **We expect you to have:** * Completed high school education or a university degree in Advertising and Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields. **Our Benefits:** * Market-competitive salary; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * TCM Plan. **Work Schedule:** * 44 hours per week.
