Responsibilities and Duties Receive purchased items; inspect received items; enter the invoice (NF) into the system; pick requested items; Record picked items in the system, deliver requested items according to Standard Operating Procedures (POP) and immediate supervision; Perform inventory control, expiration date tracking, storage, and organization; Dispense batches of materials and medications according to medical prescriptions or hospital users’ requests (in the case of materials); Process consumption requests from inpatient units and Intensive Care Units, as well as restocking requests for emergency carts; Audit decentralized hospital inventories; Assemble and dispense kits; Return various products with proper registration of the handling process in the system; Rotational counting; Distribute products to established decentralized hospital storage locations (electronic dispensers, stop carts, administrative departments, directorates, satellite pharmacy in the surgical block, satellite linen rooms, etc); Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness; Assist with general routines as requested by your immediate supervisor; Dispense items without prior system requisition only in urgent situations and when registration is impossible for any reason—e.g., system outage or lack of system access—for identified personnel from the requesting department, following protocol and logging the incident in the reporting logbook for subsequent system entry.
