




Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields; * Minimum 6 months of experience in this role or in real estate consulting, direct sales, or similar areas; * Proficiency in Google tools (Sheets, Docs), as well as persuasion and negotiation techniques. The following will be considered advantageous: * Knowledge of data analysis and Power BI; * Knowledge of Python or SQL; * Alignment with Brisanet Group’s organizational identity; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Updating area performance indicators when necessary; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Using individual and collective safety equipment when required; * Performing other duties related to the position, according to departmental needs and leadership direction; * Conducting periodic visits to franchise units; * Verifying franchise units’ compliance with the franchisor’s Excellence Program; * Identifying franchisees’ needs and forwarding them for internal handling, monitoring solutions provided on a case-by-case basis; * Ensuring strong performance (commercial results) of units under their responsibility; * Analyzing key operational aspects (commercial, financial, marketing initiatives, customer service, and personnel management at the franchise unit); * Understanding the local market—including competitors—seeking benchmarks and conducting comparative performance analyses among franchisees within their region; * Developing a detailed diagnostic assessment for each franchise unit; * Prioritizing and jointly proposing actions with the business owner; * Monitoring franchisees’ activities, performance, results, and adherence to franchise-mandated standards; * Identifying potential issues and assisting in implementing corrections and adjustments; * Collaborating with franchisees to monitor competition (commercial service, pricing, promotions, implemented initiatives) and emerging market opportunities; * Guiding, supporting, and training franchisee teams according to systems, tools, policies, and parameters defined by the franchisor; * Following a pre-defined checklist during unit visits, accompanied by the franchisee; * Preparing and submitting visit reports to the franchisor’s leadership. 2512190202551927017
