**OPEN POSITION — MARKETING AND COMMERCIAL SERVICE ASSISTANT | MOBILI** We are looking for a committed, communicative professional eager to grow and join *Mobili*'s team. If you enjoy social media, have good organizational skills, and want to work in a results-driven environment, this position is for you! **Main Responsibilities** * Managing Mobili's social media (planning, posts, simple videos, stories, and digital presence). * Supporting general marketing activities. * Initial lead handling: screening, qualifying, and forwarding hot leads to agents. * Participating in short trips when necessary (events, external coverage, etc.). **Mandatory Requirements** * Own transportation (motorcycle or car). * Strong communication skills. * Organized and proactive. * Availability for **100% in-person work**. **Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory)** * Basic video editing knowledge. * Experience with design tools (Photoshop, Corel, Canva…). * Previous experience with social media or customer service. **Compensation Structure** **Fixed salary (formal employment):** 1 minimum wage. **Commissions:** * R$50.00 per rental closed. * R$200.00 per sale closed. * R$5.00 per genuinely qualified hot lead forwarded to the agent. **Growth Bonus – Social Media** For every **500 real followers gained on Mobili's Instagram**, the professional receives a special bonus (amount to be aligned according to performance). **Expense allowance:** for company-requested travel. **Profile we're seeking** * Entry-level or junior professional, eager to learn. * Responsible, communicative, creative, and skilled in social media. * Interested in working with goals, performance, and results.
