Join our Sales team, don't miss this opportunity! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES** **Administration and Planning:** * Supervise daily store operations. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well maintained. * Control product inventory and manage cash register. **Leadership and Motivation:** * Motivate the team to achieve sales goals. * Train and guide employees. * Hire new staff when necessary. **Team Management:** * Manage different teams within the store, such as sales, purchasing, repairs, cashier, finance, and administrative support. * Manage operational team, stock clerk, ASG (General Services Assistant), and driver. **Customer Quality and Experience:** * Monitor safety, health, hygiene, and store presentation standards for both staff and customers. * Provide the best shopping experience for customers. **Reporting and Communication:** * Generate reports on team productivity. * Report events to Operational Supervision, Management, and Administrative Management. **Customer Service:** * Occasionally work on the front line providing customer service, becoming a reference in conduct and service. * Develop new employees with a customer service culture (Each customer is a friend), always aiming for excellence and customer satisfaction. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** **You must have:** * Degree in Business Administration, Commercial Management, HR Management, Retail, or related field. * Proven experience in CTPS in commercial management roles or related areas. * Knowledge in team management, sales, merchandising, and retail operations. * Analytical skills and ability to make strategic decisions. * Excellent communication and leadership skills. * Proactive attitude and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. * Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) software and sales analysis tools. **It will be an advantage if you have:** * Postgraduate degree **ADDITIONAL INFORMATION** **Benefits:** * Sales target bonuses, compliance audit targets * On-site meals or meal allowance * Expense allowance * Dental plan * Life insurance * Corporate mobile phone * Corporate university **GROW WITH US!** O Baratão das Embalagens We are the fastest-growing company in the packaging distribution and sales segment.
