Previous experience in hospital reception, clinical settings, or public-facing roles; Ability to manage **appointment scheduling and medical calendar organization**, ensuring control, confirmation, and rescheduling when necessary; Proficiency in in-person, telephone, and **WhatsApp** communication, with strong written and verbal communication skills; Organized, responsible, proactive profile with focus on patient experience; Emotional balance, empathy, courtesy, and professional demeanor when handling tense or vulnerable patient situations; Knowledge of hospital management systems is a plus.
