Job Summary: The Credit Strategy Specialist will define, monitor, and evolve collection policies, conducting studies to optimize credit recovery and drive results. Key Highlights: 1. As a **Credit Strategy Specialist**, you will be responsible for defining, monitoring, and evolving collection policies, as well as conducting studies to identify business opportunities and optimize credit recovery. You will closely collaborate with **Data, Technology, and Operations** teams, acting strategically and analytically to drive results and ensure governance of departmental strategies. ### **In this role, you will:** * Build and manage performance indicators, SLAs, and operational targets, identifying improvement opportunities in collection processes; * Propose adjustments and improvements to collection strategies implemented by third-party agencies, aiming to optimize recovery rates; * Generate and maintain reports, indicators, and dashboards to monitor operational performance and support decision-making; * Define and monitor collection policies across all products—secured and unsecured; * Conduct exploratory and predictive studies to guide business opportunity identification; * Automate processes to continuously improve collection procedures; * Support governance of proposed strategies in coordination with the Operations team. ### **Requirements for this position:** * Bachelor’s degree completed; * Experience in collections, with focus on data analysis, portfolio management, and information processing; * Knowledge of collection strategies, data analysis, and performance reporting; * Familiarity with SLAs and KPIs applied to collections; * Proficiency in collection management tools and systems; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Knowledge of programming logic, databases, and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Snowflake). ### **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Completed postgraduate degree and/or MBA; * Understanding of financial impacts generated by collections (PDD, recovery, and budgeting).
