With an extensive network of partner delivery personnel, Bee Delivery has distinguished itself in the rapid delivery market and in providing humanized support. **About the Role:** Bee Delivery seeks a Business Analyst with a strategic outlook, analytical profile, and ability to translate data into actionable business insights that drive results and inform corporate decisions. We are looking for a professional with strong analytical skills, business acumen, and solid data interpretation capabilities—acting as a strategic partner to the commercial team in identifying opportunities, monitoring KPIs, and optimizing outcomes. **Responsibilities:** ➤ Conduct complex queries across large databases; ➤ Perform advanced business analyses using statistical methodologies; ➤ Develop and present managerial reports, clearly and effectively communicating key insights and recommendations; ➤ Provide consultative support to partner departments, proposing strategic improvements and action plans; **Requirements:** ➤ Reside in Mossoró/RN or surrounding areas; ➤ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields; ➤ Advanced proficiency in SQL, Power BI, and Excel; ➤ Experience building and interpreting analytical dashboards and reports; ➤ Experience defining, reviewing, and monitoring metrics and KPIs; ➤ Strong communication skills and ability to translate data into business insights; **If you:** Have an analytical profile and want to drive results.
