Your mission will be to ensure the end-to-end lifecycle of One Investimentos’ technological solutions, from conception through to production support. Responsibilities: **Develop end-to-end solutions:** Design, develop, and test robust applications, working across both back-end and front-end, while ensuring continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) and production monitoring. Build scalable systems: Design architectures and develop systems that are scalable, resilient, and secure to keep pace with business growth. Collaborate strategically: Work closely with business and product teams to understand challenges and propose high-impact technological solutions. Promote technical excellence: Implement and disseminate best practices such as clean code, automated testing (TDD/BDD), and comprehensive documentation. Share knowledge: Actively contribute to the team’s technical growth by sharing knowledge and mentoring other developers. **Main Requirements:** **Proven Experience:** Solid experience (6+ years) developing complex, robust applications end-to-end. Back-end Proficiency: Strong expertise in Node.js and its modern frameworks (e.g., NestJS, Fastify, Express) for building high-performance APIs. Front-end Proficiency: Advanced experience with React and its ecosystem (e.g., Next.js, Vite), building optimized user interfaces. Relational Databases: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, including data modeling, query optimization, and maintenance. Ownership Mindset: Practical experience managing the full software lifecycle, including CI/CD automation (e.g., GitHub Actions) and deployment strategies. Cloud Experience: Hands-on experience developing and maintaining applications in cloud environments (AWS and similar). Quality & Testing Culture: In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies (TDD, BDD) and ability to write clean, well-organized, and thoroughly documented code (Vitest, Jest, Playwright, etc.). Collaboration & Communication: Exceptional communication skills to work effectively in an agile and collaborative environment. Version Control: Proficiency in Git and workflows such as Git Flow. **Nice-to-Have:** Python knowledge applied to data or automation. Familiarity with observability practices (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana). Experience in the financial sector (fintechs, banks, brokerage firms). Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
