**We currently have an opening for a STRATEGIC PLANNING ANALYST**
**Position Objective**
Serve as direct support to leadership in managing and deploying the group’s strategy, ensuring effective execution of strategic planning (BSC), monitoring of performance indicators, and continuous improvement of processes and results across business units.
**Functions and Responsibilities**
Lead strategic planning tracking based on the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology
Monitor strategic indicators (KPIs), targets, and initiatives
Ensure periodic updates of results and analyses
Identify performance deviations and propose action plans
Consolidate data from different areas and transform it into actionable insights
Develop executive presentations with clear, decision-oriented storytelling
Ensure implementation of the PDCA cycle in supported areas
Structure analyses to support strategic decision-making
Guarantee reliability and consistency of data used
Suggest improvements to dashboards, reports, and tracking systems
**Desired Profile**
Analytical and structured profile, with strong organizational skills
Ability to transform data into clear and actionable insights
Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Autonomy to lead initiatives with minimal supervision
Systemic vision (understanding how departments interconnect)
**Requirements**
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience in strategic planning, performance indicators, and performance management
Knowledge of methodologies such as BSC, KPIs, OKRs, and PDCA
Advanced proficiency in Excel
Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, etc.)
