Job Summary: Professional responsible for controlling preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising mechanics, organizing the workshop, and preparing technical reports. Key Highlights: 1. Preventive and corrective maintenance control and scheduling for heavy machinery 2. Supervision of maintenance teams and workshop organization 3. Preparation of technical reports and customer communication We distribute original spare parts for yellow-line heavy machinery across Brazil from leading Chinese brands: LIUGONG, LONKING, SEM, SDLG, XGMA, XCMG, and others. Additionally, we offer preventive and corrective maintenance services for machinery, as well as component rebuilding—including YTO, YUCHAI, CUMMINS, and DEUTZ engines, and ZF transmissions. We currently have an open position for a Mechanical Maintenance Controller. Your main responsibilities: Control preventive and corrective maintenance activities, Issue service orders (SO), Supervise internal and external mechanics. Direct workshop organization, Prepare technical reports for customers, Communicate with customers and suppliers, Request parts via system, Monitor workshop expenses and consumables, Manage light vehicle fleet, Prepare payment spreadsheets for service providers. Requirements Experience in maintenance planning and control for yellow-line vehicles / heavy machinery in general. Mechanical technician certified by SENAI or CEFET, or graduate / currently enrolled in Mechanical Engineering. Candidates with relevant experience but without formal qualifications will also be considered.
