




Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and monitoring security, vehicle and material flow, receiving visitors, and conducting patrols to ensure order and proper functioning of facilities. Key Highlights: 1. Strict control of access and movement of people/materials 2. Friendly and prompt service to internal and external customers 3. Security monitoring and infrastructure operation monitoring * Strictly control the entry and exit of vehicles, people, and materials, accurately recording all information to ensure security and control; * Receive and direct visitors, providing location information and notifying responsible personnel for reception; * Monitor the movement of materials, products, or equipment, verifying compliance with company standards; * Observe movement across departments and report any anomalies, taking necessary actions according to established procedures; * Answer calls and requests, especially after business hours (after 5 PM); * Conduct security patrols every 30 minutes on weekdays, and continuously for 24 hours during weekends and holidays; * Ensure workplace organization and cleanliness, maintaining facility upkeep; * Provide friendly and prompt service to internal and external customers, consistently demonstrating courtesy and attentiveness; * Control goods flow, recording product and material entries and exits; * Monitor electrical systems and water/boiler status outside production and office working hours, ensuring proper operation and safety; * Turn off lighting panels as needed, maintaining safety and energy efficiency; * Complete reports on incidents, activities performed, and important observations during the shift.
