Basic Excel skills. **Responsibilities:** Assist in food preparation according to instructions from the chef and kitchen leader; perform sanitation and cutting of ingredients; organize and maintain cleanliness of the workplace, utensils, and equipment. Support plating, monitor appropriate ingredient usage to prevent waste, follow good food handling practices, assist in organizing daily production, and support the team during operations—ensuring speed, consistency, and quality. **Duties:** Ability to prioritize and organize in a dynamic, high\-demand environment.
