Responsibilities: Assist in various tasks related to meal preparation. Perform pre-preparation, side dishes, and other duties according to task allocation. Clean, wash, and sanitize food items according to their specifications, following regulations and instructions. Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, performing daily cleaning of all kitchen areas, facilities, furniture, and utensils as per the pre-established schedule, ensuring sector quality. Assist in receiving food supplies and in the selection and storage process. Transport volumes and food items within the kitchen. Report any irregularities to the nutritionist that may compromise the performance of your duties. Required Skills: Completed elementary education; Relevant work experience. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team; Proactive attitude and flexibility.
