As a **Network Maintenance Assistant**, you will support technical teams in activities related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of optical and radio networks, directly contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction. We seek a committed, responsible individual eager to develop professionally in the telecommunications field through fieldwork and daily learning. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Assist in the deployment and maintenance of GPON and backbone optical networks. * Support technicians in fiber characterization testing and optical link certification. * Assist technicians in optical fiber splicing activities. * Perform replacement and installation of optical cables, splice closures, and technical reserve units. * Assist in preventive maintenance of optical networks. * Support inspections for network construction and expansion. * Support adherence to service-level agreement (SLA) response time requirements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Knowledge of optical networks, GPON, and backbone infrastructure. * Knowledge of optical cable laying and splicing. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical vocational training. * Knowledge of electrical systems. **Behavioral Competencies:** * **Organization:** Ability to maintain tools, tasks, and routines in order. * **Attention to Detail:** Careful execution of technical and operational tasks. * **Commitment:** Responsibility toward deadlines, schedules, and work quality. * **Willingness to Learn:** Interest in technical development within the telecommunications field. * **Teamwork:** Collaborative engagement with technicians and other departments. **Additional Information** **Salary:** * R$1\.880,00 \+ 30% hazard pay \+ average on-call allowance of R$350,00. **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM; * Every other Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:20 PM, plus on-call rotation. **Our Benefits:** * Meal Allowance or Food Allowance; * Medical and dental insurance; * Wellhub; * Internet plan discounts; * Transportation Allowance; * Life insurance; * Childcare Assistance; * Assistance for dependents with disabilities; * Deezer subscription discount; * Free access to the Skeelo app: a virtual library with over 250,000 books. **What are you waiting for?
