If you possess strong analytical skills, focus on problem-solving, and the ability to propose innovative solutions that ensure process automation, join our team. **Location**: Nova Lima /MG **Work Modality**: On-site **Academic Qualification:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. **Languages:** * Intermediate English (technical reading, documentation, APIs, logs) **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Business Rules (BR), programmable events, and customizations in the Sankhya ERP and other corporate systems * Create, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and functions * Implement and support integrations via APIs (REST and SOAP) with internal and external systems * Collaborate with other company departments to understand business requirements and improve system efficiency * Coordinate, develop, and implement functional improvements across ERP modules and other corporate systems * Automate processes and reduce manual tasks using appropriate technological solutions * Ensure quality, performance, and security of developed solutions * Design and integrate Business Intelligence (BI) reports according to business needs * Conduct impact analysis, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) * Support business and IT teams in resolving incidents and implementing evolutionary improvements **Experience:** Minimum 1 (one) year of experience in system development / programming **Required Knowledge:** * Business Rules, Programmable Events, and Action Buttons * Proficiency in SQL (basic and intermediate queries) * Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and XML * JavaScript applied to Sankhya screens and events * Basic understanding of information security and IT best practices **Desirable Qualifications:** * Practical experience as a developer or technical analyst in the Sankhya ERP * Experience in Data Governance and Information Security * Knowledge of BPMN and process modeling * RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate, or Automation Anywhere) * Basic exposure to corporate IT environments will be considered a differentiator **Behavioral Skills:** * Proactivity * Systemic thinking * Analytical ability * Clear and concise communication * Problem-solving focus * Organization and planning * Continuous learning capability * Team collaboration * Flexibility towards change * Commitment to deadlines * Attention to detail BENEFITS THAT TRANSFORM YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH US: Here, we strive to offer far more than a basic benefits package.
