Job Summary: A professional to conduct studies and analyses and provide technical support in strategic and operational planning, contributing to managerial decision-making and process optimization. Process optimization and goal achievement Conduct studies and analyses, provide technical support in the development and monitoring of strategic, tactical, and operational planning, supporting small-scale execution cycles while adhering to project management methodologies, working under supervision and in alignment with immediate and involved leadership to contribute to managerial and strategic analysis and decision-making, as well as to process optimization, goal achievement, and results at SCBH. **Work Schedule:** 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Thursday, and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Friday (hybrid) **Salary:** 4\.748,67 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Health insurance (UNIMED); * Dental insurance (METLIFE); * Education assistance (undergraduate and postgraduate); * Daycare allowance — R$ 200.00 per child (subject to eligibility criteria and children up to 48 months old; limited to three children), intended for: o Mothers or legal guardians of children up to 48 months old, or children with special needs of any age; o Fathers with permanent custody of children up to 48 months old, or children with special needs of any age. * Quality-of-life program; * Funeral plan; * Partnerships with restaurants, Pacheco, psychologists, pharmacies, auto repair shops, and gyms; * Christmas gift card. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the process of building and managing performance results reported by SCBH units, tracking progress and collaborating with involved leadership to help achieve expected outcomes; * Monitor and control progress and deviation items identified in performance analyses, proposing corrective actions and coordinating with relevant departments according to predefined procedures; * Develop standards and support tools, spreadsheets, and reports to optimize organizational processes at Santa Casa BH; * Address administrative needs related to strategic management and planning processes; * Request and manage services and address administrative needs for infrastructure, office supplies, IT equipment, and departmental minutes; * Conduct research and related activities as required by the department; * Participate in organizing events promoted by the department; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity level upon request from the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree **Additional Information** We are Santa Casa BH, and we work for a cause: delivering cutting-edge healthcare to everyone.
