The Opportunity We are looking for an intern to accompany our partner companies throughout the implementation/activation process of our software, STRATWs One. This person will guide clients through a relationship journey and must therefore demonstrate excellent organizational and planning abilities, strong communication skills for daily interactions with clients, and great enthusiasm for learning. Work arrangement: Hybrid \- Belo Horizonte Responsibilities: * Execute activities related to the implementation/activation of STRATWs One at partner companies; * Complete Excel spreadsheets; * Monitor and update the progress of the STRATWs One implementation/activation process; * Support clients throughout the STRATWs One implementation/activation process; * Assist clients in using STRATWs One, addressing any questions that may arise. Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, from the 2nd semester onward, with availability to intern for at least 1.5 years; * Intermediate/advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Proactive and communicative profile; * Proficiency in client-facing interactions via phone, email, and meetings; * Strong organizational and planning skills. Nice-to-have qualifications: * Experience in B2B client relationships; * Knowledge of management systems; * Familiarity with HubSpot; * Familiarity with Pipefy; * Proficiency in English and/or Spanish.
