Come and join us. \#sanguelaranja! **About the Role and Job Mission** You will join the Core Mobile team, responsible for the fundamental modules of Inter's iOS super app, used by millions of customers. You will directly contribute to the development and evolution of core features—such as login, navigation, networking, CI/CD, and design system—which serve as the foundation for all other product teams. **Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities Will Include:** * Developing and maintaining native iOS features in Swift using UIKit and SwiftUI; * Evolving core modules consumed by dozens of squads; * Actively participating in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency; * Collaborating with product, design, and backend teams to define technical solutions; * Investigating and resolving bugs, crashes, and performance issues in production. **What We're Looking For** **Required Qualifications:** * Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (or equivalent experience); * Solid experience in native iOS development using Swift; * Knowledge of UIKit (view code, Auto Layout) and SwiftUI; * Experience with architectural patterns such as MVVM, Coordinator/FlowController, and dependency injection (Swinject); * Experience with Swift Package Manager (SPM) for dependency management and modularization; * Experience with reactive programming—RxSwift or Combine; * Practical experience with unit testing using XCTest. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with large-scale applications; * Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP); * Intermediate English proficiency for reading technical documentation. **Benefits** * Meal allowance and food voucher * Health and dental insurance * Life insurance * Birthday day off * Baby On Board program and breastfeeding room * Extended parental leave * Childcare/babysitting allowance and/or allowance for children with disabilities * Wellhub and Inter Running Group * CARE4U space (Belo Horizonte): self-care services at exclusive rates, relaxation area, games, and mini-golf course * Benefits within our SuperApp, such as Duo Gourmet * Inter Prime Card * Internal training and development programs **Selection Process Steps** * Resume screening; * Screening call (initial outreach to align expectations about the role); * Assessments; * Interview with Talent Team; * Technical test (when required); * Interview with leadership; * Job offer (Offer); **\#VemproInter!!!** At Inter, the future isn't a distant place.
