Register now and join our team! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a **Quality Technician**, you will: * Support and assist the IMS Coordination in implementing, deploying, and maintaining the Integrated Management System (IMS) within the company; * Guide and monitor the organization of documentation related to the IMS; * Control the validity of IMS documentation and maintain an updated document control system; * Monitor and support departments in drafting and reviewing IMS-related documentation; * Contribute to and promote standardization and documentation of various IMS processes and procedures across departments and projects; * Analyze processes inherent to the CSGI, proposing and assisting in—or directly implementing—improvements; * Monitor and support departments in analyzing corrective actions and track execution of planned actions arising from corrective actions and improvement plans; * Prepare and maintain up-to-date reports on actions, indicators, programs, objectives, and IMS monitoring; * Prepare and analyze data for monthly IMS meetings and critical review meetings of the IMS at the corporate level; * Participate in and/or lead IMS meetings as required by the IMS Coordination; * Prepare for, support, and participate in internal and/or external process audits; * Keep the IMS module integration training updated; * Guide, participate in, and monitor activities related to the 5S program; * Develop and deliver training materials related to Quality; * Develop and deliver guidance materials for Quality forums organized by CSGI; * Be accountable for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under your responsibility; * Support the IMS Coordination on matters related to your area of expertise, presenting and discussing improvements and/or deviations to inform the definition of procedures and actions to be adopted; * Support the IMS Coordination in operational activities within the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** Required Education: * Technical course in Quality Management; Technical Skills: * Administrative routines * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT/Word/Excel/PBI) * Knowledge of ISO 9001 standard * Familiarity with Quality tools (PDCA, Ishikawa, etc.) * Experience handling nonconformities (corrective actions) * Audit experience * 5S Program Desirable Competencies: * Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards * Internal Auditor certification Behavioral Competencies: * Proactivity with a problem-solving focus; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills; * Organization and planning ability; * Flexibility/Adaptability; * Ability to follow rules and regulations; * Ability to work under pressure; * Teamwork. **Availability to start from April/2026\.** **Additional Information** Here’s what we offer: * Meal/voucher allowance; * Co-payment health insurance plan; * Dental insurance plan; * Transportation allowance or company-provided transportation; * Life insurance; * Wellhub; * Vitta Digital Hospital; * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts for employees and dependents; * Discounts at partner stores and service providers.
