Responsibilities **What You Will Do and Work With:** Identify delinquent customers and recover receivables in accordance with internal procedures and defined schedules, aiming to meet established targets. **Your Responsibilities and Duties:** * Work in the administrative area of the collections department, issuing extrajudicial notifications, as well as updating and adjusting outstanding balances and customer flow. * Schedule condominium and IPTU (urban property tax) payments. * Provide proactive and responsive customer service, clarifying inquiries or directing customers to the responsible professional, to ensure customer satisfaction. * Support your immediate manager in department-specific processes, leveraging your experience for your own professional development. * Implement departmental action plans and procedures, monitoring necessary technical actions to achieve established objectives and targets.
