With a broad perspective and deep knowledge in their field, the employee will work autonomously, leading projects with direct responsibility for achieving established objectives, ensuring strategy execution and results aligned with organizational goals. **Requirements and Competencies:** Corporate tools, preferably Microsoft Teams; Sales techniques: (negotiation, sales, relationship management, customer service); Knowledge of Insurance: Property, Liability, Transportation, Fleet, Guarantee; **Desirable:** Bachelor's degree completed. **Skills:** * Teamwork; * Ambition and determination; * Humility; * Discipline; * Enthusiasm. **Responsibilities:** Define presentation strategies for proposals to clients A and B, together with leadership; Receive and respond to client inquiries regarding policies and coverages; Provide clear and accurate information about insurance products and services; Assist clients in choosing plans suitable to their needs; Develop customized insurance proposals tailored to each client; Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills; Close deals and seek new cross-selling opportunities, presenting REP's service structure; Record all client negotiation information in the CRM; Conduct in-depth research on potential clients; Use various sources, such as social media, industry news, and financial reports, to gather detailed insights; Provide regular feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer interactions; Share insights with the team to continuously improve the effectiveness of sales strategies.
