We are seeking a professional with an executive\-operational profile who will practically manage the factory, lead teams, organize processes, and ensure high operational performance, regulatory compliance, and sustainable growth of the industrial operation. About the opportunity **What is essential to apply?** Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Administration, or related fields; Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial/factory management; Experience leading industrial operations involving production, maintenance, quality, and industrial inventory; Knowledge of MRP, production planning and control, productive capacity, and factory supply chain management; Experience with continuous improvement tools such as 5S, PDCA, 5W2H, and visual management; Experience with industrial KPIs and operational standardization; Knowledge of regulatory standards applicable to the sanitation products segment; Knowledge of ISO 9001, traceability, and quality processes; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Sankhya ERP; Experience managing people in an industrial environment. **Preferred qualifications:** Specializations or certifications in ISO, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement; Consistent track record in factory expansion projects and increasing productive capacity; Experience in industrial automation and implementation of new production lines; Experience in the sanitation, chemical, or cleaning products segment; Experience in plant layout reorganization and industrial process structuring. **Working hours** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:48 PM Work mode: On\-site Employment type: CLT **Key challenges:** Comprehensively manage the factory’s industrial operations; Lead production, maintenance, quality, industrial inventory, and factory infrastructure departments; Ensure compliance with regulatory standards applicable to the segment; Directly drive continuous improvement of production processes; Pursue increased productivity, cost reduction, waste reduction, and improved operational efficiency; Plan and monitor productive capacity, MRP, minimum inventory levels, and production scheduling; Coordinate preventive, corrective, and equipment/infrastructure improvement maintenance; Implement and strengthen industrial management practices and operational standardization; Ensure compliance with ANVISA RDCs, ISO 9001, and traceability requirements; Collaborate with commercial and logistics departments to align demand and production planning; Participate in factory expansion, industrial automation, and new production line implementation projects. **What we expect from this professional:** Executive profile with strong operational involvement; Strategic leadership capability and management of industrial teams; Systemic vision and analytical capability; Organization, discipline, and focus on operational control; Ability to make quick and accurate decisions; Strong communication skills and ability to align cross\-functional departments; Firm, ethical, and results\-oriented attitude; Ability to handle pressure and industrial challenges; Commitment to goals, productivity, and operational quality. **What must not happen:** Misalignment with the Commercial Directorate’s directives and objectives; Focusing exclusively on technical aspects while neglecting support for commercial demands; Making decisions that negatively impact product availability; Allowing operational failures that cause delays, stockouts, or revenue loss; Failing to align production planning, factory capacity, and supply chain with commercial needs; Lacking strategic alignment between industrial operations and the company’s financial performance. **What we offer you:** Salary; Transportation allowance; Meal allowance (R$ 20.00 per working day); Opportunity for professional growth; Health insurance.
