Then this **Sales and Application Engineer** opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * Conduct technical visits to customers in the construction and mining sectors, identifying business opportunities, mapping needs, and documenting alternatives for subsequent feasibility analysis of applications, in collaboration with Account Managers; * Prepare technical-commercial proposals and visit reports, allocating all required technical resources, materials, and their specifications compatible with customer needs. Coordinate with Internal Sales, Engineering, Parts, and Services departments to obtain pricing and margins aligned with Sandvik standards for subsequent presentation to customers; * Ensure commercial opportunities are logged in the appropriate system (CRM); * Collaborate with management on special commercial terms requested per customer profile, added value, business risks, loyalty initiatives, etc., to support decisions regarding order/contract closure; * Serve as the customer’s focal point for pre- and post-sales activities—receiving and/or prospecting requests related to wear parts, unexpected machine stoppages, low performance, critical issue resolution, proposing product testing, and preparing detailed performance and ROI reports to enable new sales; * Work with management to identify potential updates or innovations in the product line—including new applications, features, customizations, and other process improvements—that enhance equipment, Screening Media, Wear Protection, and Wear Parts performance and service life—ensuring technical readiness for customer presentations and new business development. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Profile** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mining, Mechanical, or Materials Engineering preferred); * Minimum 3 years’ experience with screening equipment in mining; * Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and basic Power BI knowledge; * Intermediate English and Spanish; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B) and willingness to travel frequently. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance Plan * Dental Insurance Plan * Mental Health Assistance Program — Holos * Physical Health Assistance Program — WellHub * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Food Voucher * Christmas Card * Transportation Allowance * Birthday Day Off * Discount partnerships with universities and language courses.
