Opportunity for organized and analytical professionals **Job: Estimator – Air Conditioning Systems** Belo Horizonte – MG (Luxemburgo Neighborhood) Employment Type: CLT \| Monday to Friday \| 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM We are looking for an **Estimator** to join our team and prepare technical and commercial proposals in the field of air conditioning systems. If you are organized, analytical, enjoy working with numbers, projects, and deadlines, this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze descriptive specifications and technical drawings; * Conduct material and equipment takeoffs; * Request quotations for materials and equipment from suppliers; * Prepare cost-estimate spreadsheets (including material and labor costs); * Draft technical and commercial proposals; * Develop estimation spreadsheets for client presentations; * Support technical and financial analysis of estimates. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, or Civil Engineering (preferred, currently in progress); * Technical certification in Mechanics (advantageous); * Experience estimating air conditioning systems (direct and indirect expansion), ventilation, and mechanical exhaust systems; * Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings; * Experience performing material takeoffs using AutoCAD; * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (advantageous); * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Valid driver’s license. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with Totvs and Compor 90 systems; * Knowledge of Revit; * Advanced Excel skills. **Behavioral Competencies:** * Organization and concentration; * Effective time management and adherence to deadlines; * Attention to detail and strong spelling; * Proficiency in calculations and cost analysis; * Good interpersonal skills; * Proactivity and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
